If you are wanting to get a head start on your student's beginning of the year school packet, you can access those documents below. We have created a single page acknowledgement form that you can return to the school through the following methods:

1. Print, complete, sign, and mail or drop off to the school.

2. Print, complete, sign, scan and email to Mr. Morris at his email. Paden.Morris@k12.wv.us

3. Digitally complete, sign, and email to Mr. Morris at his email. Paden.Morris@k12.wv.us

4. Return with your student during their first day back to school.
